Fairy Kei Commando Concept (WIP)

A project lately has been creating a full character concept. Since I live and breath Game of Thrones at work, I really wanted to indulge in colorful, pastel cuteness, and designing a hero for a shooter sounded like fun. Therefore, we have a fairy kei commando. More to come because it's a work in progress.
